Our principal agent, Carla Poston, has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Her Medicare expertise began as a career Humana agent before she transitioned into being a broker. As a Medicare Insurance broker she has the privilege of working with clients to Make Medicare Easy! Carla is a proud member of the National Association of Health and Benefit Professionals (NABIP) and serves as the Columbus membership chair and President-elect for 2026. Carla participated in the NABIP Capital Conference this past February, meeting with lawmakers in DC to advocate for Medicare Beneficiaries. She was also a board member for the Westerville Senior Association for over 10 years. Having lived in Delaware, Ohio for over 23 years she enjoys traveling to spend time with her adult children, baking, learning to SCUBA dive, visiting Fiona the Hippo and sailing.
