Carla Poston
Our principal agent, Carla Poston, has been in the insurance industry for over 15 years. Her Medicare expertise began as a career Humana agent before she transitioned into being a broker. As a Medicare Insurance broker she has the privilege of working with clients to Make Medicare Easy! Carla is a proud member of the National Association of Health Underwriters and board member for the Westerville Senior Association. Having lived in Delaware, Ohio for over 23 years she and her husband (plus 3 cats) enjoy traveling to spend time their 4 amazing adult children, baking, playing board games, visiting Fiona the Hippo and sailing.
Maddy Poston
Our newest broker, Maddy, is freshly licensed and Certified in the State of Ohio to sell both Medicare products and Health insurance for those under 65. She has a passion for helping others. Her Organization skills and positive attitude will make your experience go smoothly. She attended Columbus State Community College and majored in Hospitality Management. She and her hound, Atlas, live in Delaware, Ohio after relocating back from the Cleveland area. She enjoys taking long walks, spending time with friends and family.
Acarah Horner
Our new office manager, Acarah, will be getting licensed and certified in the state of Ohio in March of 2024. She will help answer customer service questions and handle the scheduling for the office. She and her young son, Isaac, live in Delaware, Ohio. In her free time, she enjoys baking, painting, fishing and taking walks at the park.

Also known as Part C of Medicare, A Medicare Advantage plan is way to receive your Medicare benefits. It is insurance provided by a private insurance company and regulated by Medicare. It is insurance that offers you coverage with co-pays and a maximum out of pocket. These plans may or may not include a Part D Drug coverage. They usually offer extra benenfits such as dental, vision, hearing and a health blurb membership.
NEVER! There is no fee to work with Medicare Made Easy! If you choose to enroll into a plan with us we are paid by the carrier you choose. The Federal Government sets the commission amounts for the products offered so there is no incentive for us to enroll you in a particular company. Because of this we are able to offer unbiased direction on the type of plan you choose.
We will walk you through the process of comparing your options with your group plan if you would like to continue working, how to enroll in Part B, create a checklist of items you need to complete before retiring and how to enroll in your new plan. Remember, we Make Medicare Easy!
